WorkSafeNB has announced a 9.4% reduction in the 2020 provisional average assessment rate. The rate is set at $2.40 per $100 of payroll, down from $2.65 in 2019.
WorkSafeNB’s Chief Medical Office calls for proposals to further occupational medicine research in New Brunswick. Priority will be given to topics relevant to occupational medicine and health, such as medicinal cannabis and workplace wellness. Funding is available to support appropriate proposals to a maximum of $10,000.
