WorkSafeNB is responsible for all payments stemming from the coverage outlined in the Workers' Compensation Act of New Brunswick, in relation to the treatment required by the injured workers of this province.
WorkSafeNB has negotiated fee schedules and reporting requirements with many health care provider groups.
Health care providers should use the reporting form designed for their profession and complete the billing section.
