JHSC meeting minutes are a legislative requirement of the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act. JHSCs must use a template approved by WorkSafeNB. Committees must retain minutes for a minimum of three years and have them available to WorkSafeNB on request.
Workplaces can use the template provided by WorkSafeNB or customize the template to their specific needs. See the interpretation for more information.
