Employers must ensure first aid providers are available at their workplaces (subsection 4(1) of Regulation 2004-130) and that each first aid provider is trained according to CSA standard Z1210-17 (R2021) First aid training for the workplace – Curriculum and quality management for training agencies and is provided by a WorkSafeNB-approved training agency.
