As Vice President of People and Culture (appointed December 13, 2024), Laragh is responsible for integrating Human Resources, Communications, and Business Transformation into one cohesive function. Her role emphasizes the importance of people and culture as the foundation of WorkSafeNB’s work, driving initiatives that enhance the employee experience, talent development, and stakeholder engagement.
Laragh joined WorkSafeNB in 2007 and has developed a strong understanding of all aspects of the corporation through her years in Communications and Policy. She holds a degree in journalism from Carleton University and has continued to advance her education by obtaining several certificates in leadership and project management from the University of Ottawa and Harvard Extension School.
Laragh has had her hand in influencing policy decisions, organizing one of the largest conferences east of Montreal, and leading award-winning internal and external stakeholder engagement projects.
Born and raised in New Brunswick, Laragh enjoys spending time with her partner and child and exploring New Brunswick’s rivers by boat.
