News Release Two must-have services for workers and health care providers

At all times, WorkSafeNB is committed to excellent service delivery. And we’ve never been more focused on that priority than we are now, during the COVID-19 pandemic. We know that communications and payment delivery are critical to injured workers and health care providers. As such, we recommend registration for MyServices and Direct Deposit.

If you've already registered for both, you currently enjoy the benefits of quick access to payments and ease of information flow. If you haven't, we recommend doing so immediately.

DIRECT DEPOSIT

With growing uncertainty over mail delivery and possible interruption, we strongly recommend that you sign up for direct deposit. If there is a postal service interruption, we can’t guarantee that payments will arrive to your mailbox in a timely manner. Direct deposit is the most efficient way of receiving a WorkSafeNB payment. It is highly reliable and fast – you usually receive your money within 24 hours of it being issued. To sign up, you need to have a Canadian bank account.

MyServices is a secure online platform, where workers can:

  • View payments
  • View claim status
  • E-mail their claim manager
  • Submit travel expenses
  • Check on payment status
  • Sign up for direct deposit
  • View prescription history
  • View physiotherapy treatment history
  • Learn about available benefits 

MYSERVICES FOR HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS

Exciting news! Providers told us that having online access to statement vouchers was important. We heard you, and we’re now providing direct deposit statement vouchers through MyServices!

MyServices is a secure online platform, where you can:

  • View statement vouchers
  • E-mail claim managers
  • Upload reports and invoices
  • Check on invoice status
  • Sign up for direct deposit
