Douglas Jones, WorkSafeNB’s president and CEO, shared updates on year-end financials, key drivers of the workers’ compensation system and current trends in prevention, rehabilitation and compensation.
Jones said he is committed to accountability and believes one of the best ways to achieve that is by engaging directly with stakeholders in a two-way dialogue.
“I was encouraged not only by the strong turnout but by the many meaningful questions that were asked. By working together I believe we can build an effective workers’ compensation system and I look forward to continuing these meetings.”
