Do you know a health and safety leader or champion in your community or workplace?
The annual WorkSafeNB Safety Star Awards recognizes New Brunswickers who make health and safety a priority every day. They lead the way, inspiring and empowering others to do the same.
The WorkSafeNB Health and Safety Leader Award recognizes a leader within an organization (such as a CEO, business owner or president) who has influenced a cultural change in workplace health and safety. They make health and safety a priority in all aspects of the organization and demonstrate their commitment by action and example.
The WorkSafeNB Health and Safety Champion Award recognizes a person, working at any level within an organization, who is a driver and motivator for workplace health and safety. They go above and beyond to ensure safety for themselves and others. They encourage and inspire colleagues, championing and integrating health and safety in daily activities.
These two awards, along with WorkSafeNB’s Health and Safety Educator Awards, will be presented to recipients on October 6 during the agency’s health and safety conference in Saint John.
