Filing Deadline: February 28, 2024

The electronic submission of the Form100 is unavailable. The normal filing period starts in early January of each year.

Any Form 100 received after February 28 will be subject to a minimum penalty of 5% of the total previous year's assessment. The penalty will increase to 10% if the Form 100 is received more than thirty (30) days past the February 28 deadline. The penalty will be limited to $500 for every industry classification assigned to your business.

Before you start

You can Fast File your Form 100 by following the instructions below. Or, you can file through WorkSafeNB’s MyServices, a new online application that lets you file your Form 100, view your current employer balances, access your cost of claim statements and more – all in a convenient, easy-to-use and secure online location. To register for MyServices, see the box on the right.

Step 1: You will need your Employer Number and Access PIN located on your Form 100 – Employer Payroll Report or your Access PIN Letter - which was mailed to the employer in January.

Step 2: If you previously saved a form , it can be retrieved using the Employer Number and Access PIN referenced in Step 1.

Step 3: While filling out the form, it will automatically save every seconds. However, you can save the form at any time by clicking on the Save icon to the right of the form.

  • Current Employer Balances
  • Cost of Claim Statements
  • Statement of Accounts
  • Payroll Filing History
  • Assessment Notices
  • The Access PIN printed on the Form 100 – Employer Payroll Report (2023-2024) or your Access PIN letter, which was mailed to the employer in January.
  • The six-digit classification code (North American Industry Classification System) assigned to your operation(s).
