WorkSafeNB is committed to exceptional client experience. For a service concern, which you haven’t been able to resolve with a WorkSafeNB staff member or supervisor, please call the client service specialist toll-free in Canada at 1 800 999-9775. You may also submit a written complaint to service@ws-ts.nb.ca. Please include your full name, address, claim number (if claim-related) and the nature for the complaint or concern.

For prevention and compliance-related concerns, such as unsafe work conditions, please call toll-free in Canada: 1 800 999-9775 (option 1 for urgent matters, option 2 for non-urgent matters).

The Decision Review Office (DRO) reviews claim-related decisions on request. The DRO operates independently of WorkSafeNB’s case management, adjudication and benefit payment services. The team reviews decisions to ensure they were made consistent with legislation, policy and the merits of each case.

Note: Anyone wishing to appeal a WorkSafeNB decision must first receive a DRO review. You must also request the review within 90 days of the original decision date. See more.

You may also report suspected fraud or abuse by phone, fax, email or mail. When doing so, please include the following information:

  • Name and address of the person or business you suspect has committed fraud
  • Details about the suspected fraudulent activity
  • Any other information pertaining to the suspected fraudulent activity
